Working teams

A project's success depends on nominating clearly the people who will be involved in the venture beforehand and establishing their individual roles and responsibities.

This means that at any given moment during the project, all participants are aware of their role and that of other team members.

Further clarity would be provided by creating a tangible organogram whereby this information is made public.
